What is a fair Management charge by Ltd Co.?

Just an Update on this Topic

I had a chat with my Tax Adviser and the answer is

You charge at the Commercial Rate

The way I see it is if you say do a roof replacement for a Landlord and charged the Landlord 50% Management for doing the work it would be fair

If I charged a Landlord 25% I think that would be fair for large repairs

I will set a Standard Management charge for smaller jobs

    so for a CP12 I would charge a standard fee of £30

There is little point arranging any job for little or no profit

I understand anecdotally from facebook groups of property investors that HMRC will allow 20% management fees
