    Certainly an interesting one.

    Would be interesting to know why it's fallen into disuse. ie why wasn't it sold at auction sooner?

    Could be some legal reason (eg probate problems).

    I'd be wary of structural issues (eg subsidence, Jap. KW, dry rot, etc.).
