Which software tools/websites do you guys use

Which software tools/websites do you guys use as part of being a developer, I've listed some of the ones I often use and was wondering what everyone else is using?

essentail information group, landinsight, land reg map finder, martin goodall's planning law blog, rightmove and zoopla property alerts and zoopla to search by ''most popular''

I don't have rightmove plus as you have to pay too much for this. Anyone else use anything else?

    Hi F1_Fan,

Xero for the financials, Arthur Online for portfolio management, Office 365 and Trello for project management

Xero seems a bit too advanced for me, but I been using Arthur also it's very good as is LandInsight for deal finding, it's made me way more productive - anyone else?

What other forums are good apart from here and property118?

Xero gives you your P&L per property which is very handy

I use Talkwalker for new investment opportunities. It's good to be informed as soon as a new opportunity appears.

Has anyone used landlord vision? Any feedback/reviews for it?

We use Landlord Vision. We have got a portfolio of single lets and find Landlord Vision is good for what we want. Over the years we have looked at different software packages, but have found that Landlord Vision suits us the best and works out the cheapest for what we need.

    "Xero" for Financials.

    "Teknology Automation" for Operations/Compliance/Maintenance.

Anyone else use landlord vision looking for software suitable for me as I manage some of my properties myself, and also use a letting agent to manage others?
