RE: Platinum Portfolios

Mike,

Thank you for replying.

Considering this thread was intended to keep things positive, I dont think it was necessary to to pick up where you left off with Vanessa on the previous thread.

The above aside, I understad your desire to defend yourself & see this situation through, I would personally nto want to have this hanging over me.

So what is the next steep for yourself & us investors.... either awaiting propoerties or further refunds, do you have any idea on time scales (be realistic)?

I think you have a fantastic opportunity here, if you see this through to he end so all parties are happy, you will probably secure investors that come back again and again, not many people are expectig this to end well & i think they have fair reason to currently believe this.

Thanks
Alex

RE: Platinum Portfolios

Hi Alex

I agree with you wholeheartedly about being positive and moving forward. I will be contacting Vanessa directly to discuss the threads and the position of the company, which will put any issues on both sides to bed. In regards to the current position I will call you this morning to discuss, with a full update being posted after my meeting with the receiver on Friday 31st August 2012. It is positive news to report but of course I have to work under the guidance of the receiver with what and how it can be reported.

Mike

RE: Platinum Portfolios

Hi Mike,

I have a brief observation and without making any assumptions would be interested to hear your view. It is based upon this link for Key Investments Online:
www. livewirecampaign. co. uk/t/index. cfm?fuseaction=vi.m&ui=11919100&uk=LWCPN-UR-494287620&ai=6031&bi=71931&r=31048137 (remove the spaces in the address)
Lee Hollebone
Managing Director
Key Investments Online Ltd
(01702) 622655
lee @ keyinvestmentsonline .co .uk

Looking at Property Tribe profiles, we can see that Lee works for Platinum Portfolios:
www. propertytribes. com/member. php?action=profile&uid=5570 (remove the spaces in the address)
Full Name: Lee Hollebone
Profession: Property Investment
Skill Set: Sales Manager for Platinum Portfolios

Could you clarify what your relationship is with Lee and Key Investments Online? I'm fairly certain we spoke to Lee whilst he was at PP and he had offered us these same properties in Sheffield.

Regards
Heath

Hi I suppose this is to the moderator. Am I seeing things or has Alex deleted his thread?

RE: Platinum Portfolios

Alex here.
I've not deleted any part of the thread, but it does not seem to be working properly. I receive emails telling me a new post has arrived, I click on the link and it doesn't show up.... maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Alex

RE: Platinum Portfolios

Dear All,

I am not surprised that Mike has not responded. He continually re-confirmed for instance that 25,000GBP of mine was being held with solicitors and co-op companies and was not with him. I of course have not received a penny of this back I can only assume because these statements were not true.

Their is very little correlation between what Mike says and reality. This I can confirm with checks I have done.

I only ever hear good news from Mike and or his company. As I have often stated to him I have never heard so much good and positive news from someone which has resulted in nothing happening. Normally positive news results in a positive event but never has this happened in Mike's case.

Emanuele

RE: Platinum Portfolios

Dear All

Sorry for the delay in responding but I have had to deal with several companies including the Trustee, Receiver, and also my solicitors. I have had to put together an arrangement proposal together for all of the properties to be able to proceed and this will be a matter for a creditors meeting. This will be presented to all creditors for their approval. As I have already stated I am not going anywhere and my intention is to get this resolved therefore having it done officially and legally is the only way forward. The proposal will not be for any reduced amounts before anyone jumps to conclusions. Emanuele you have already made your thoughts clear on this forum but will you just now follow the legal channels and wait for the proposal to be clarified before claiming that it is not accurate. I have provided all the evidence to support the proposal so hopefully everyone will support it in order for all of the properties to complete and any monies due returned. The fact it is being done this way should give everyone the confidence that this can and will happen. If anyone wants to know any further details then please email me as I am not able to trade until my application has been accepted. However due to the delicate nature of this I am happy to speak to anyone to explain things as I believe that is the right thing to do.

RE: Platinum Portfolios

Just been sent this by Begbies Traynor, sadly its not great news for several on here :-

Michael Wild trading as Platinum Portfolios made bankrupt

September 19, 2012

Michael Wild, which was trading as Platinum Portfolios in Southend, was made bankrupt in the Southend County Court on the 8th August 2012 on a creditors petition following which Louise Baxter and Dominik Czerwinke of Begbies Traynor were appointed joint trustees in bankruptcy of Mr Wild’s estate on 29th August 2012. The Trustees are currently investigating the affairs of the Debtor, who had previously been made bankrupt in 2006 in the Sheffield County Court and who remains an undischarged bankrupt from these proceedings. The Trustees understand that Mr Wild is seeking professional advice as to his options. The Trustees are looking to realise assets where possible and are keen to hear from any investors/creditors who believe they are owed money by the Debtor and/or have information with regards to his affairs and potential assets – by calling the offices of Begbies Traynor on 01702 467 255.

Any creditors should register their debt with Begbies.
