During this talk you will be reminded of the 3 magic ingredients of property investing. She will use stories out of her own property portfolio to illustrate various strategies she has used: mortgage hosting, below market value purchases, lease options etc.

She will also make you aware of why inaction isn't an option if you want to secure your financial future and why you need to change your thinking and be creative in the options you offer your sellers, buyers or investors. You should also partner with others, who have different skills than your own to enable you to build on your strengths rather than on your weaknesses.

In 2000 Susie set up and now directs a successful mountaineering business in Nepal and Tibet.   She has been investing in property since 2004 and in 2005 extended this to include a decorating and property refurbishment business which she now manages.
Her interest in personal growth began in 1994 when she attended the ISA Experience – which she considers to be a pivotal and significant event for her and her businesses.
