The subject has attracted much more interest in the last few years, fuelled by Grand Designs and other TV programmes, regional exhibitions and institutions like the Self Build Centre in Swindon. Our main speaker will be Paul Underwood, who is a qualified accountant and a director of Morris Crocker, which has many years of experience as a company, in working with landlords and property developers.
Paul has extensive background in advising property investors on the ever-changing aspects of accounting and tax legislation.
