Surrey Property Exchange

Ever since we established the Surrey Property Exchange back in 2011, our August event has always been identified as an occasion to provide something different for those of us not on holiday at that time of the year….

We have traditionally offered a barbeque meal and much more time to network than is normally possible, to build the relationships that can be so helpful and productive for us. This year is no different, so Monday 14 August can be earmarked now in your diary! The cost of the barbeque meal with vegetarian options is heavily subsidised as a thankyou from us for your support during the year. The hotel have always catered for us really well in the past, and we’re confident that will continue this year too…!

It’s not just about coming out for a social meal and conversation either, as we have a key speaker on a crucial subject for all of us as an added bonus. Jason Wynne-Williams is coming from the Sherriffs Office to talk to us about how to best deal with tenants when things go wrong. The Sherriffs Office offers a specialist eviction service and is an invaluable resource to call on when needed.

During the evening, we also hope to have some local hot deals on offer, and John Cox will get us up to speed on the fast moving mortgage scene.
