Our next event, on Monday 10 July, has finance as the main focus.

Our main speaker will be Paul Underwood, who is a qualified accountant and a director of Morris Crocker, which has many years of experience as a company, in working with landlords and property developers.

Paul has extensive background in advising property investors on the ever-changing aspects of accounting and tax legislation. He has an indepth knowledge of both the residential and the commercial property markets, and in his presentation he will offer lots of advice and pointers on how to minimise our tax liabilities and run our property businesses on a better financial basis.

Rory O'Mara will head up our regular Deal Clinic feature, and Graham Faulkner will give us an update on the national and local Lettings scene.
