    Business. I do something property related every day and several times a year work more than fulltime on it when we have a redec/ refurb project.

    I think the difference between being a business owner or an Investor comes down to Control.

    If I own shares in Tesco, I don't control Tesco's management, therefore I'm an Investor.

    If I own my own Shop or Buy to Let property, I control it, therefore I'm a business owner.

    Well, I regard myself more as an investor, than a business owner, as I prefer to have everything done by professionals. So I just have one real estate broker I can rely on, whose team helps me deal with property search and all legal formalities, while I just cope with investment strategy. It's really helpful and takes not so much time as it could take if I was to do all of this stuff. So my opinion is that everything should be completed by professionals. I'm quite good at investing, so I handle only my part of this activity.
