Anyone prepared to help someone out finding another place to live?

A friend of mine will be moving out of London end of January due to a rather complicated mess with a co-ownership scheme on a property.
She will need somewhere to live (let) from end of January onwards and is looking longer term at maybe the South-West. Brian - I'm not sure, but you may be able to help.
Short term - we have offered spare space in our house until she can find somewhere suitable - but if you know anyone who can offer help - that would be great.
    Merry Xmas all !

I will have a very nicely presented and newly converted one-bed flat to let in a suburb of Bristol just after Christmas, at a good price for what it is (I guess about £500 a month but won’t know for sure until it’s finished and I can get a second opinion. I’m looking to let for slightly below market rent to get a tenant quickly who stays for a while). I’d obviously much rather have someone ‘thru the grapevine’ than someone from a gumtree ad.

    Hi again,
I've sent you a friendship request as I can't send you a message otherwise..
Would ideally need some contact details to pass on.
    Cheers
