Very funny John, made me chortle!!
My better half and I have 2 in Newport area of S Wales. Very little movement for past 10 years but giving a small amount of supplementary income despite a few surprises like a£3k bill for our part in renovation costs to a Housing trust block of flats.
We’ve been lucky with no voids as one is let through the council for last 10 years and the other has had the same veri tidy tenant for 5 years.
The returns have been worth the small amount of trouble.
Here’s hoping for Capital growth over the next 5-10 years.
