    Since July 2018, private landlords in a defined area of Weston-Super-Mare (North Somerset) must apply and become accredited with agencies who offer a full tenants complaints service or be inspected from 2nd Jan 2019.
     

    The NLCE Accreditation Day seminar covers all the main areas that a landlord should know in order to operate a successful business, including:

    • ☆ How to prevent problems occurring during a Tenancy
