Mulberry Cottages Holiday Let Masterclass

Boutique holiday lettings agency Mulberry Cottages has announced its first ever Holiday Let Masterclass for prospective owners. The event ‘Mulberry Open House’ will take place at Battel Hall, Maidstone on Thursday 27 September 2018 at 11am.

With the British holiday let market flourishing – in 2017 Brits alone were responsible for 20.8 million stays in self-catering holiday properties in the country* - the experiential day has been created for owners to gain valuable knowledge, insights and tricks of the trade from a roster of industry experts including Sarah Wood, CEO and founder of Mulberry Cottages. Guests can dip in and out of a series of talks covering interior design, PR and marketing, finance and how to let.

Existing owners will be on hand to offer advice throughout the day. Attendees will leave having learned how to navigate the holiday lettings market and get the best out of it in today’s financial climate.

The event will conclude with afternoon tea and guests will have access to Leeds Castle grounds throughout the day. Attendees will also have a chance to see inside the newly refurbished Battel Hall. This 14th century medieval manor house is a unique property which has been transformed into a luxurious country house.
