    Welcome to the first ‘NRLA on tour’ event in West Yorkshire, Tuesday 7th March from 1pm – 6pm. A FREE to attend event bringing you a wealth of topics including busting EPC myths, how to avoid legal pitfalls, and an update on the PRS.

    With the current energy crisis and pressure on landlords to improve the energy rating of their properties, Richard will be sharing his views on what is happening on the actual ground, some examples of the process and works carried out, and how he can help landlords improve their EPC rating.

    For landlords with property in Leeds, Mark and Gavin will explain what the Leeds Rental standard is and how it operates in conjunction with the NRLA’s accreditation scheme.

    With an ever-increasing and changing legal and regulatory landscape, never has it been more difficult for landlords to navigate the legal pitfalls they may face. Matthew will explain what they are and provide solutions on how to avoid.
