• Property Investors Network (pin) Canary Wharf

The Cooperative Property Company host the Canary Wharf Property Investors Network (pin) The next Canary Wharf pin meeting is on Thursday 6th September at our usual venue, The Britannia International Hotel, Marsh Wall, E14 9SJ. The event starts with informal networking at 6pm. There will be around 100 people networking - giving each other ideas, creating relationships, sharing mistakes and doing business. Do try to get there in good time to benefit from all the other attendees and also to meet the Directors from The Cooperative Property Company, all within the vibrant atmosphere you have come to expect from the Canary Wharf pin. The Cooperative Property Company will also host a Deal Clinic at 6.15 – 6.45pm. If you are sourcing property for yourself or for selling on, you will not want to miss this. The formal event starts at 7pm for which we have two cracking speakers lined up for you: 1) Below Market Vanity vs Cashflow Sanity – Spike and Linda Reddington Return on investment is the all important factor of creating a property investment business in today’s market. Cash flow is often overlooked and some investors are effectively seeing little or no cash return on a monthly basis. Rent is important and voids will kill your business quickly. One of the best ways to maximise rent and get rid of dead periods is multi-letting and HMOs. 2) How to Put Less Money In – Kevin Wright If you put less money in, you get a better return. Simple enough, but is it possible? Both experienced and creative when it comes to bridging finance, Kevin will be explaining that there are times when you do not need the 25%. If it is your first pin event, come as my guest by visiting www.cooperativeproperty.co.uk/events and picking up a code for free entry. Alternatively, please pass on this link to a friend or colleague and bring them as your guest as you must surely know others who would welcome the opportunity to attend! Please go to www.canarywharfpin.co.uk and book your place NOW – September is likely to be a sell out as we all look to start the Autumn season with a bang. We look forward to seeing you in September after an exciting and enjoyable summer, whether spent in the UK or further afield.
