Thor’s strategies over the past five years involve primarily refurbishing & developing properties to sell as well coming up with cutting edge financial solutions to sellers which enable the properties to be traded or kept in the portfolio to hold. Most of the deals in London are done by way of Joint Ventures with the sellers as well as long term Options and Delayed completions which are up to 18 years for the contract term.
Examples of recent deals involve; a Joint Venture with a seller in Seven Sisters in Tottenham to develop a house which if it goes well, will net close to six figures, and; a deal assisting another established London Developer with an Option to enter a Joint Venture in Chalfont St Giles to develop a plot of farm land subject to planning. This deal (subject to planning) will net the developer close to a million pounds..!
