    This course is ideal for Letting Agents new to the sector along with those with vast experience. It serves as both an introduction to the Private Rented Sector and a refresher. For those of you who require an overview of the lettings process to understand your obligations from start to finish this course will give you an overview from finding a tenant to ending the tenancy. For agents who already have a good understanding of the lettings process this course will serve as a useful refresher and enable you to identify the many industry updates of late.

    As Landlords have increasing regulations to follow the Letting Agent is required to be fully knowledgeable on all areas of the law. This course will help you avoid unnecessary legal action and minimise problems from arising.

    The course will give agents at all levels an overview of the vital regulations they need to comply with along with practical tips on relationship management and other industry best practice.

    • The lettings process
    • From marketing, sourcing tenants, tenancy obligations and ending the tenancy

    • Drafting contracts and CMA guidance on the Law of Agency

    Optional Assessment Module

    This online assessment module enables you to consolidate and demonstrate your learning from the course. You will be asked 24 multiple choice questions solely based on the content from the course. Achieve the pass mark of 75% and your 5 basic CPD points will be upgraded into 5 core CPD points. You will also receive a certificate to validate the knowledge gained. The assessment module costs an extra £15 for members and £20 for non-members.
