    FINDING OUT MARKETING DETAILS QUESTION

    Hi Steve, I am sure Vicki at QPS Lettings in Basingstoke would do it for you. She has for me! She is a member of this forum, so add her as a friend and message her, or I will give you her contact details. She is incredibly helpful and has become a great contact of mine, so a good person to know!

    Thank you for that Vanessa, I will "invite her" and go from there.
    Risking getting told off for going "off thread" am I correct in thinking that you have to "invite" someone and they have to accept before you can email them? The other related question is that is it possible to write an intro with the initial "invite" because it seems to be that you can not do this. For instance Vicki will not know who I am; it would be better if I could explain that in the first contact I make with her.
    Advice appreciated.

    Hi Steve
    three things; one when you friend request you can send a very short message just to introduce yourself. Once they've accepted you can send messages to each other.
    Secondly, you can't get access to sales info on RM if you only have a lettings account so check that with Vicki.
    Finally, you can c&p on the version 3 iPhone upgrade. If you've got 3 then you should be able to or simply click on my links.

    Yes and yes.
    A good idea is to add friends as soon as you can as you may need to contact them later. If you have recently been in a discussion with them there is little need to explain why you are sending a friend request.
