    HMO valuation for Liverpool

    So that's £38,700 gross per annum but then deductions as I'm guessing it's all inclusive rent of utilities and Internet. This is something my office can assist with as we have investors snapping up properties similar to this for the yield.     Perhaps you also might wish to have a guess at what the value would be if;

    A/ Individual council tax banding was introduced

    B/ Business rates were charged

    C/ If Article 4 permission was withdrawn if used as a family home before usage as an HMO again

    It would be worth assessing if the HMO would be viable if A or B was introduced.
