How to mute/block input from unwanted people

Property Tribes is committed to creating a great user experience for all our members.

To that end, if you do not wish to be exposed to certain members, you can choose to "mute" or "block" them.

We have now resolved the issue of un-muting someone.

If you have muted someone, the following option will appear at the bottom of threads:

Click on the "Select User to Unmute" option, and it will show a list of people you have muted.  Click on the name of the person whose posts you now wish to be exposed to.

What is the difference between block and mute?

"Mute" means you collapse someone's comments out of a conversation, but they can still see yours.

"Block" means that you block seeing their comments and they cannot see yours - same as Facebook.
