    Your reply to Anderson  contains nothing about the repeated  shortcomings I have mentioned

    But for some bizarre reason you have tagged my name on as well in a catch all response to him

    Anderson raises his issues and i raise mine . I hope your answer is useful for him

    But please respect me enough  to answer my issues directly . I really dont need to hear about your boast about you have the most comprehensive stock of any portal in a direct reply to an individual.  That`s just blatant advertising . Its discourteous. Do a new thread for yourself if you want to share how big you are getting but when replying to me just discuss the issues raised .

    I just simply want you to address all the  mistakes that i have uncovered

    I havent mentioned MK1 anyway which is principally a commercial district and contains few residential . It has no relevance to the issues I raised so stop keep trying to evade and divert away from my points

    While we are on it though ....You say MK1 works correctly . It shows zero results when you tap in MK1 so is that your only reason for saying it works correctly because you have no properties there!!  By  default you are correct of course but its a meaningless search and a meaningless statement to try and prove I dont know what?.  . Deal with the specific areas I have raised time and time again please .Focus

    Its getting on for 2 mths now since i flagged this up - plus multiple  other issues

    And i did ease off you to be fair to give you a chance to fix it

    I've also tried Oneandonlypro but found the trial very restricting and not very fruitful to be honest. The 7 day trial is not really a 7 day trial, you can only view 5 hidden properties.

    The first one I viewed on site, I actually visited that morning and it was down as £950 minimum monthly rent on the site, it goes for £650. That's a huge 46% extra. Could with the fact that the price was a guide price of 80-90k and OAOP used only the 80k (vendor was looking for top end of the guide price). It was also ex local authority which I was told was filtered on the site.

    There were then 2 auction properties where you can't get a realistic idea of the yield as it was based on the guide price. Then a coach house with major refurb work needed but yield based on the place already being done up.

    The last one I looked at out of my 5 looked to be the most promising until I spotted that the expected rent was £2560 for a 5 bed house in Cardiff, yes Cardiff not London.

    I think Oneandonlypro should give a reasonable size trial and not expect people to pay full whack if the site is not ready, as has been pointed out earlier in this thread.

    Thank you for taking the trial membership with OneandOnlyPro.

    As you did not find it fruitful you made the correct decision of not continuing and paying for membership.

    You make many valid points and we understand your perspective. 

    We are very grateful to members of property tribes for feedback and there was a full week’s trial when we had our online launch in November.  However, since then we have had to limit the views on properties scored “10” as we now have many members paying £15 a month.  It would be unfair to our paying members to leave it completely open.  It is only the properties that are scored “10” that are limited to 5 freeviews.  The rest of the properties and features are open for 7 days.  Please bear in mind many professional sourcers would charge hundreds if not thousands for sourcing these types of properties.


    We would not be able to comment on the property which had a potential monthly rent of £950 without seeing the details.

    Correct on the auction properties you cannot get a realistic yield as it’s calculated on the listed price.  The best way around this is to decide what kind of yield you are looking to achieve and play about with the calculators this will then display what the maximum price you should be willing to pay.  As you can imagine the guide price at auctions are lower than what a property eventually sells at on most occasions.  

    Correct in regard to the coach house and all properties we show “potential” yield with the property at its optimum standard.  This property will most likely build you equity in after refurbishment so will only enhance your profits further besides its strong yield. 

    We gather that you clicked 5 properties scored “10”.  From our side, it shows the system working well.  The system gave these scores of “10” because it has determined that from the listed price it is either Below market value or has a higher chance to increase in value soon.

    • The 2 auction properties will most likely achieve much higher than the guide price- so the system is correct to highlight these out and give a score of “10” (as they are likely to increase in value soon albeit in the auction room!)
    • The coach house which requires a refurbishment is priced lower than similar properties- so the system has correctly also highlighted this property with a strong score highlighting an opportunity for forced appreciation

    Please remember most of the website is free and available to use for all it is only certain features that are restricted to paying members.

    Max you say rent i can get is  £1675 

    Its on for 230K

    But its a stunning 4 bed detached 3 bathroom barn conversion in 10 acres and on for 1.25 million

     ( So worth over 1 million pounds - yes one million pounds more than the other property but the max rent is £75 less!!!!)

    Hi One Pro

    Just been asked by a client to look at properties in the pretty little village of Whitchurch, Buckinghamshire

    Its just outside  Aylesbury Bucks .

    Rightmove throws up 24 properties for me to look at

    But when i entered  Whitchurch Buckinghamshire  it threw up properties in Cardiff  which is  131 miles away !
