Pursuant to proceedings in Southend |County Court No 305 of 2012, the liquidators advised creditors that "the Debtor was also made bankrupt in 2006 and remained undischarged in relation to those proceedings".
Do you have a link to the source of that quote please?
I ask only as I have correspondence from the Office of the Official Receiver in Southend-on-Sea dated as recently as 20 January 2017 stating that Wild was discharged from bankruptcy

Hi MIchael,I can't recall the circumstances behind my posting that. For that reason, I will remove it.I don't run the forum from a moderation perspective, my husband does, but I have a good understanding of the rules, and I take them very seriously. However, like any human, I do occasionally get things wrong and I am always happy to rectify the situation if that is the case. I believe I have taken the appropriate action based on your comment. If you have any further grievances about this thread, then please follow our Complaints Procedure. You can t recall why you would post the wrong information about someone. As you are the co founder of the forum I do not accept your explanation and the fact you have not had the decency to apologise for your actions and mistake then I will be taking the matter further and I would suggest human or not you learn some manners in your approach. You do encourage after all for those who make mistakes to set the record straight If I recall. So practice what you preach would be my suggestion. Please remove my comments from this thread as I have dealt with you directly.
As a matter of interest Mike, are you involved in the property industry at the moment?
I didn't say that Mike. I said I can't recall why I posted it and for that reason I have deleted it. I have acted promptly and politely and set the record straight. For the record, you can edit your own comments. You don't need moderator of this site to do it for you - but on this occasion I will ask NIck to do it for you.
There has been a little bit of recent activity relating to Key Investments Online Ltd (08170352) of which Michael Wild is the sole Director
Given that the company hasn't yet filed the accounts that were due by 31 October 2015 (let alone the ones that would then have been due on 31 October 2016), nor the confirmation statement that was due by 21 August 2016, the registered office address change might prompt some to ask why.
The current registered address has been that before (from 25 Aug 15 to 25 Nov 15).
Confirmation:This is a concern for anyone with outstanding projects with this company, not to mention the poor financial health of the company:Jon, what might be the significance of the change of office address?Judging by the date of birth, I believe it is Michael Wild Senior that is the named Director, so perhaps the Michael Wild representing the company here could advise whether he is the Senior or Junior and also, as per our new protocols, advise which redress scheme his company is a member of, along with the registration number?
Whether the address change is significant can only be a matter of speculation.
If I was to engage in such speculation, I would throw up a theory that begins along these lines: As the previous registered address was an Accountant's office and the new registered address is a residential one, then given that the company appears to be administratively delinquent, it and the Accountant in question might have gone their separate ways.
