    PLEASE HELP - desperate situation

Hello everyone.  It is with a heavy heart that I say the injunction failed.  It's only when you are at court you realise you cannot ever go up against companies/people who can run rings around every statement you make with their top lawyers.

We are very very low at the moment.  Just don't know what tomorrow will bring.

Thursday is the day when everything we have worked for is auctioned off and then we will only pray that we can get through this.  The reciever will sell these 2 properties and after all fees legals costs auction fees - I seriously cannot think how we can ever recover to repay the balance off.  Solicitor said for us to go to auction to see what price they go for and then to sue the receiver if they sell less then offers we already have.  Just don't see any point.  We are broken and just don't see way out.  So sorry just being honest with everyone.
