  • Rent-to-Rent

Rent to Rent properties for sale on Zoopla?!

    Absolute twaddle.

There are no insurers or freeholders rhat will allow this.

You would be very foolish to risk your money with this (*Moderator note: word removed*) operation.

A simple land registry search on the property would show whether there was a lender or not, then that would prove whether anything else information-wise could be trusted.

The strange thing about all this is why is the owner not entrusting a management company/local Letting Agent to do all this for them?

They have a few other 'interesting' listings as well:

A 4 bed HMO with 100% finance (how?) requiring £5k deposit (?) in Manchester? https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/47712458

Serviced Accommodation in Fulham Broadway from £12,995: https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/48220610
70% occupancy sounds like an AirBnB type setup?

That 100% financing of an HMO with guaranteed rent sounds very suspicious indeed.

TBH Vanessa everything I see from them that isn't a straight sale I think has dubious aspects to it. The flats they have for sale in Leicester with guaranteed rent are another 'interesting' deal.

I hate to say Buyer Beware but when most of their listings are not actually buying anything other than an agreement, well, BUYER BEWARE!

I haven't seen any other company offering similar deals in London upto £50k, and nothing lept out at me on Rightmore either.

I bet the freeholders and block insurer will be very interested to find out which flats are being offered in the R2R operation.

Surely no freeholders or insurer would allow this!?
