In this first edition of 'Property Den', one of Samuel's students barges into the office to pitch a property to Samuel and his business partners. This happened whilst a separate meeting was taking place but has now raised the question Should we start an official Property Den series?
This wasn't set up at all! Can his ego get any bigger?
" Can his ego get any bigger? "Undoubtably yes!
Sales marketing for an educator. Not for a property! Do I need a property course? No is my answer.
Chartered Accountant, Tax Advisor and Mortgage broker
(and BTL portfolio owner)
This is the most cringe-iest thing I've ever seen in my life. How much more set up can you get?
When will the bollocks end? They posted it in the group and all the gullible f*ckwits are gobbling it up like it's their last meal. PRAISE SAMUEL THIS IS GENIUS OF JOHN. Yawn, Next.
And why is John wearing one of Samuel's shirts?!?!?! HAHAHAHA
I've been waiting for him to pull a Dragons Den/Apprentice style marketing angle and here it is.......
Obviously staged - arrogant and patronising to boot."This is going straight to frigging youtube and everyone's going to see how rubbish your deal is". That's Samuel showing his true colours. The same Samuel that verbally abused a mentee in front of the whole group.Three people without any real competence or experience but with large egos pandering to their desire to be players. Two truthful take-aways to come from this video:The sentence "This property belonged to a woman who jumped in to HMOs and didn't know what she was doing". Probably another student of Samuel's.Russell - "I want to own the house, I don't want to lend the money to you" . Samuel's whole "no money down" strategy is getting people to lend you the money to buy the house but none of them want to "take the risk of lending him the money". Why should Samuel expect that other people should lend newbies the money if Samuel and co. won't because they "prefer ownership to lending money because its risky", despite this being someone who has been through their courses and is known by them and supposedly trained?Their own video has proved that people won't lend newbies money because of risk. Own goal Samuel!

Exactly and this being one of his students that has gone through all the training and a member of his Academy......
How shocking is the acting there?
A friend of mine know's Alasdair and they were telling me the guy has zero control in what he does, He is simply a pawn for Samuel.
Just as Kyran Melland was before him ...Alastair has bought his way into hanging on Samuel's coat tails imho and being portrayed as an instant expert without realising that the only reason Samuel is sharing part of the pie and fame is that Samuel can distance himself if the deals go wrong, like those evidenced on the other thread did. Samuel can then blame someone else. Alasdair is Samuel's "fall guy", mark my words.
Yeah that is quite clear to see from the outside I suppose.
