    This seems to be him...

Well, I've a bad back, am an OaP and am wondering if I'd trust him further than I could throw him.

I have heard of him but a quick bit of research does not reveal any evidence of success or wealth other than his own claims.

A quick look on DueDil reveals the following:

I could not find a company called Training Kings or Property Investors or Property Investors Circle.

His Facebook profile describes him as the "UK's Most Inspiring Property Entrepreneur", a property millionaire, and that he became financially free at the age of 21.

I checked on the Charity Commission website with regards to his charity "Good News All Round", and it is not registered on there as far as I can tell.

From his FB page, it would seem that he is to be featured on "The Week the Landlords Move In" on the 12th July!

Vanessa have you ever bothered to meet him and discuss his methods and charity work ? You have lots of opinions

    Hi Geoffrey,

    Welcome to Property Tribes.

Please could you point out to me which of my comments are "opinions"?  I posted screenshots from Companies House. These are factual information.

Also, as you seem to know Samuel, perhaps you could provide the company numbers for Training Kings or Property Investors or Property Investors Circle and also the Charity Commission number for his charity?

    Hi Kyran,

    Welcome to Property Tribes.

I am not griping or throwing stones - due diligence is not a personal process and that is just how it should be. Why does posting factual information about someone mean "I have a problem with them"?

If the screenshots proved Samuel had wealth in his companies, what would that mean I was doing?

As you seem to know Samuel, perhaps you could provide the company numbers for Training Kings or Property Investors or Property Investors Circle and also the Charity Commission number for his charity?

I note you were unwilling or unable to supply the information I requested either.

If using due diligence to protect yourself in property is a "stock phrase", then yes, I will use it.

However, if you want to spend your money with Samuel without doing any research, then that is your choice.  I wish you luck, because luck is all that is protecting you from losing your money imho, when undertaking a commercial transaction with someone without doing any background checks.

BTW - lots of people met with Bernie Madoff and had coffee with him and found him very "nice", but they still lost huge sums of money.

Hi Vanessa, I agree that due diligence is very important so I thought it best to do some of my own. I see that Kyran is very touchy when Samuel Leeds credentials are questioned and I think I have found out why.

I was watching a new video on youtube by Samuel Leeds Titled Viewing properties far away and at 1:14 Samuel states " we have a friend called Kyran" and then goes on to explain that he sources deals for them. I wish I knew how to copy the link to the video as I would like the forums thoughts.

Jim, if you right click on the video the top option is copy video URL.

You can then paste it here.
