    Sell, remortgage or keep?

Thank you to all the responses/insights so far. I’m reckoning a mixture of everything maybe a good strategy. Keep, sell, pay down and maybe reinvest in some shape or form.

Thanks for providing clarity. Any other pointers always gratefully received

    Hi Sharon,

it sounds like you know yourself that it might be good to rationalise your portfolio, sell the poorly performing ones and keep the more profitable ones now before the market changes further. You could re-invest some money in the ones your keeping to reduce any loans and improve the tax situation, and keep a pot of money for later.

Maybe there's no rush to re-invest it right now? You have a lot going on. Give yourself some time to clear the decks and to heal and recover. Wait to see what happens with house prices over the next year or two (some predict a crash, others don't, also Brexit effects).

    All the best

    Eliza
