    Everyone suffers then due to this being an issue in London. Great! Was just about to embark on this strategy with my business partner. We're NE based, and in LTD company, so hopefully we'll escape this.

    Prime minister Theresa May has repeated that the current government will not introduce rent controls in the private sector.

    The issue of private renting was a major debating point at yesterday’s Prime Minister’s Questions in the House of Commons.

    I don't think its this Currant leader we need to worry about

    But who ever wins and my money is on Labour to win will bring in rent control

    And it will hit harder the investor is closer  to London Just as S24 has  

    This is far from over in my opinion
