Are you a brave, rich and inspired developer?

    Hi,

This is a real opportunity - but's not for the faint hearted or inexperienced...but it is an incredible project!

Erm - If it was April 1st I would say yes i`m up for it  -

but  its not so i will stay firmly seated  in my BTL armchair  comfort zone thank you

Looks a magnificent project though  and a real buzz ( or headache!) for any developer. :-)

Good luck to the buyer and enjoy the journey!

That barrel ceiling looks interesting. It reminds me of my own project: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a....613950835

    But then 500 sq m doesn't really compare with 11000 sq m!

They started filming and got 40% of the way through and then pulled out (many reasons - they missed some crucial stages, they had to scale back on staff, they were busy completing other projects at the time that ours was at a crucial stage, our 'director' left to train to be a teacher(!) etc etc). Also, I suspect we were a bit boring - on time, on budget, nobody got pregnant/died, we weren't living in a caravan...... Samantha Collett said:

Phillip that looks like a fascinating project - were you on Grand Designs?

Oh shame - well at least you have the photos of Kevin to prove your time with them! Looks a fab project though! Did you stay there or sell and make a mint?

Ahm - yes I have £5 for you - will that help?
