    AST tenancy agreement

    Hi All

I'm about to complete work in my 2 bed  flat for BTL and I have an issue. I plan to get good long term tenants and therefore I would to find out if any of Propert Tribe members have access to Assured Tenancy Agreement model/ sample/ template.
It would help to protect both parties in the event of issues.
    Thanks for an advice.

    Paul

    Hi Paul,

I would highly recommend that you join a landlord association to access up-to-date documents. Legislation is changing all the time, so its important to have the most current AST available that is compliant.

Property Tribes is partnered with the Residential Landlords Association and our members can enjoy 25% off RLA membership - and it's all tax deductible. Smile

The RLA will supply all the necessary forms for being a landlord and even assist in filling them in for you if required.  It's a no brainer!

    Hi there

Remember it is a completely different tenancy agreement in Scotland - it's a PRT - Private Residential Tenancy. But we are still finding English landlords who have properties in Scotland issuing the wrong tenancy agreement.

Templates available from Scottish Government website or Scottish Association of Landlords.
