Big portfolio landlords still work full time

If work gives you great reward  then why not do it

A friend of mine is a surgeon he works in the NHS six months of the year Then he works for nothing for six months in third world countries

and Yes he is a Landlord too But that comes second in his life

Its what makes you happy thats important  its a balance

Great post. I have kept my day job whilst investing in my first buy to let, and I feel like being a landlord now is a lot more challenging than before..

I lost my day job before I became a landlord. I couldn't get a mortgage at first, but haven't had a problem for very nearly five years now.. I have ten properties let anf have been getting almost all my income from them for five years, though that has just changed as a couple of pensions started paying this month.

I use a letting agent to do almost all the work.
