    Yes

But life is short . Don`t let your job determine your general happiness levels

90,000 hours of your life is a long time to do something you hate

    You have choices

Look to do BTL  but also change your job so you live a happy and fulfilled life

Yes there are still some money in BTL but it is not as easy or as profitable as before. However if you have a business idea and are able to bring it to market you can really earn very good money.

As mentioned before find a job you enjoy. I believe a perfect job is 80% enjoy and 20% dislike as there will always be something you dislike doing.

Yes a wage slave can still do it BUT it will depend on how much cash the Wage Slave has behind them to start with

Geographic's is important the closer you are to London the more cash you will need

A new Landlord will have to think hard about taxation and regulation and the effects the Politicians will have on the sector

The easy days have gone ? Its Now a Business and should be run on business lines.

Do you love property but do not have the necessary deposit to get started?

If so, why not see about starting out in the property sector and building your knowledge and business via lettings and property management?

You will then have a ready-made scenario to manage your own properties when you have raised enough cash to buy them.

Keller Williams is one of the world's most successful real estate agencies in the world and recently launched in the UK. They are looking for entrepreneurial individuals to join their growing success.

Thanks for the mention Vanessa and yes, this is potentially a good route into property if you have the time and energy to grow a business alongside a BTL portfolio.

I did this myself many years ago; being interested in BTL as an investment led me to looking at various business models, growing and ultimately selling a business and accumulating a BTL portfolio outside of business and work.

The Keller Williams model is interesting due to it's low entry cost and flexibility.

Please do not hesitate if you have any questions on the KW business proposition.
