Have you all planned what you're ideally going to be up to in 2019 yet property-wise?Property-wise only please, those of you doing the shares thing we know about that already ;->
I am looking to buy one more and that will be it, hopefully around this time at the end of 2019.
I can't see any massive surges in property prices in the SE, and hopefully motivation to sell will be there.
I have spent many months looking at alternative investments and came back to the realisation that for me, property is where it's at.
I've been learning, doing my time in the trenches etc. for the last 15 years and I still can't see anything out there that can beat it, IF you do it right. I'm too old to be starting again, and as I'm on here most days keeping in touch it would appear I still find property interesting to a point - it pays the bills anyway!
I am looking at properties with a different eye now paying attention to the pretty much guaranteed increased legislation we can expect over the next 10 years, EPC grades etc. I know exactly what I want to buy, what roads, and for what price.
One more and I'm out the door! (well, not literally of course).
So for you - buy, sell, hold, swap in to LTD company?

Sold residential from bare trust in 2018, purchasing mixed use/non residential in Family Investment Company 2019.
I will have to put my own slant on this one
I do not intend to buy leveraged BTL in the future
But I do intend to Build Houses with No Leverage
I know its not the format your asking
Property Investment is still viable if you don't Borrow You avoid 95% of all the changes and that is a perfect investment
So you see DL is still in favour of BTL if you have the cash in your pocket to do it with out borrowing
So Hopefully this time next year I will have more property than I have now
But when my Build to Rent is finished I will not be buying property
