St Albans Property Club is an exclusive property networking event designed to bring together property professionals from both public and private sectors: developers, investors, architects, planning consultants, interior designers, planning officers, building control regulation officers etc from Hertfordshire, Central Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. 

Join us at the launch of our event on the 19th of September at 18:00 at the luxurious 5* Hotel, Sopwell House for an insightful evening of networking and education.

We have 2 fantastic speakers lined up for the evening:

John Howard has over 35 years of property experience and investment and has done thousands of deals over his career. John is an author, mentor and speaker and will be sharing insights about how to stay profitable in fast changing industry and the importance of exit strategies. He will also talk about Winewrack, their latest development of 150 flats that has been done in partnership with Homes England. 

Suraj Lakhanpal is Senior transaction manager at Homes England and will be sharing the details about how SME developers could benefit out of Homes England scheme. 

The evening will conclude with panel discussion and Q&A session followed by networking on the premises of the beautifull Sopwell House.
