    Hi Guys

I am always looking at opportunities and I came across the following property company

Has anyone else been investing with this company and what has your experience been?

I invest in property shares. Not the one you listed as for me it only has two assets one of which being earls court has all sorts of issues with the council and has been sat empty for a long time. The development next door has been very overpriced and very under sold as well.

I tend to go for industrial warehouse reits as gicen brexit demand will go up along with where retail is going as in online. You can get a tax free divi yield of 5%plus if held in an isa. Also provides some diversification as i already have exposure to residential through flats owned.

As always not a recommendation or not and do your own research. Not fca registered to provide advice if you think you need advice suggest you contact a well reserached and recommensed ifa - there are plenty of dodgy ones about to avoid.

this company is an old company and the share price is 50% lower than one year ago

looking at the reports the EU factor is haveing effect on London prices but I think long term it could do well

but it may have futher too fall yet

I think the time to buy this is after we are out

St Modwen is worth a look, they are local to us and an excellent company, i bought last week at 392p, they are up a little from there as of yesterday but hopefully  have 10% more to go. Dividend not great at around 1% but NAV is 470p so a safe (ish) bet.

diversification is not a bad thing
