Case study: Co-living development 7 bed HMOs

Co-living is a term we are hearing more and more of on Property Tribes.

It's an enhanced way of living in shared accommodation which is focused on community, comfort, and convenience.

Co-living houses have a greater emphasis on communal spaces where housemates can enjoy each other's company, increasing a feeling of community within the household.

Tenants enjoy living as part of a community, sharing specifically designed spaces and enjoying added extras, with the comfort of being able to retreat to their own fully furnished en-suite private room at the end of the day.

Everything tenants need to enjoy a convenient life is included in bill; rent, concierge, superfast internet, all utilities and taxes, room cleaning, community events and gym membership are just some of the things that landlords include in a co-living package.

Courtesy of Property Tribes' partner, Shawbrook Bank, Property Tribes is pleased to present this case study, which showcases Shawbrook's "cradle to grave" financing proposition where a property is purchased on a bridge for refurbishment, and then moved onto term finance once the development is completed.

Many thanks to Shawbrook Bank for asking Property Tribes TV to produce this success story.
