    Database for bad tenants?

I remember there used to be a section on Landlord referencing but can't find it, does something like this still exist?

Had a bad experience, can't be bothered to go through small claims to recover damages so just going to take it on the chin and put it down as experience. But with that said, I feel I should do something to protect future landlords.

What do you guys do in these circumstances?

Scottish FTT has had for some time case reports allowing checking up on bad tenants AND BAD LANDLORDS and letting agents & factors.

Generally make sure the tennants are fully referenced and always take rental insurance. If you have that in place you'llbe OK for 5-6 months.

We kind of do have a bad tenant register... CCJ   If we didn't take the losses on the chin without serving CCJ.
