Deal sourcing through "The Buy To Let Shop"?

    Hi,

Novice new member here ! Does anyone have experience of ‘The buy to let shop’ ?

For a fee they source properties at discounted price and also provide step by step guidance towards BtL purchase . As a newbie this seems an attractive option but would like to get reviews before using their service . They charge £1200 for lifetime service & additional 4.2% per deal .

    Hi Rups and welcome.

    I think you mean:

Any one had any experience with Buy2Let Shop?

Can you recommend a company like the Buy2Let Shop to help source property

    Buy2letshop Bromley

A quick read of the above and you'll soon know whether to do business with them or not!

If this is not the same company, then please supply the company registration number for clarification and due diligence purposes.

Absolutely appaulling service. They will spend a lot of time with you and convince you into the strategy. Show you spreadsheets and everything will look and sound amazing. At the end they will ask for £1,800 lifetime payment. This is how they make their money as after this it is all downhill. The properties they show you on the spreadsheet is not real or available. The properties are highly inflated to make it look like you are getting a good deal. Do not be fooled by these people. I have requested my refund of £1800 and still waiting. Do not get brainwashed by this company they are very good salespeople!AgreeAwith this entirely they are like legal con artists. They took a 5 500 pounds booking fee for a flat in manchester which wasn't built and promised it would be ready in 2 months but over a year later not built when i could not wait they ate the 5500

    Terrible experience with the Buy2let…

Terrible experience with the Buy2let shop. They talk the talk as far as selling you on a deal but that’s about it. We paid over a £1000 to get access to the best deals. Having agreed to purchase a property we paid out their fee of £5000. Then it all goes wrong. We had to use their solicitors and mortgage advisors who to be honest were shocking. We pulled out of the deal and they agreed it was the best thing to do. I asked for a refund of the £5000 and was told it would go towards another purchase. They quickly tried to sign me up for another property and asked me to part with more money. I have since tried to get my money back with no success. I have contacted their Complience department to be told they are working tirelessly to deal with this situation. It’s now Jan19 and I last heard from them in August 18. The last 6 emails have been totally ignored as have the ones that have been sent to other departments. They are absolutely shocking. Stay well clear.

There is the Buy To Let Shop, which is the company of ex-Progressive mentor Dixie Walker.  Company registration 08488087.  Incorporated in 2013, but no financials available due to "dormant accounts".
