    Deal Tracking Doc

    Hey!

    First time posting to this forum, not sure if this thread is in the right section so feel free to move it.

    I wondered how other landlords/developers etc are tracking their property purchases and refurbishments. We are buying several properties all that require refurbishment and it's starting to get confusing keeping track of each deal at various stages. I was thinking of creating a google doc/spreadsheet however I didn't know if there was some software out there anyone knows of or if someone has some spreadsheet template they use?

    How do you keep track of your property deals...?

    We use a mixture - spreadsheets to plan and track costs, and two brilliant low cost CRM systems, Insightly & Basecamp - Basecamp we also use for maintenance on existing portfolio, linking in to contractors works really well. Then for actual accounting we use Sage.
