    Defence Form accelerated possession procedure

I have just received a copy of the defence form from the court following submission of my N5B and attached papers. The tenant has not challenged anything but in box 15 of the defence form under payment of costs she states “ claimant has not completed the relevant box on page 1 of the claim form in that the amount of the court fee has been left blank. The claimant should not therefore be entitled to those costs.” I had ticked the box on page 1 of N5B asking for an order to pay costs. I am not interested in penalising the tenant but ticked the box just in case she fought the case at a hearing and I had to employ a solicitor. I did not put any numbers in the box for court fees on page 1 of N5B as the tenant correctly states in the defence form. Should I worry about not putting the court fee amount in?
