    Form N5B England advice needed

    Tenancy started June 2014, now periodic. Am seeking possession. Have downloaded   N5B after 6a expired. Have always given tenant annual gas saf cert copy. For date at q10, do I put date for latest certificate issued or date of first certificate issued? Can N5B be filled in on line and sent to correct court or is only posting allowed. How is payment made if on line application allowed. If can only post application, who is £355 cheque made out to?

    Date last ( current ) certificate was issued,  Cheque payable to  HMCTS

    You can only POST the N5b,  along with the other docs it asks for AST, Sec 21 and proof of posting ( don't forget N215 )  suggest you join a Landlord Association like  NLA  or RLA.

    ( RLA are Property Tribes partners and always offering discounts to try and increase their membership. )
