    Free Tenancy Agreement

I was wondering if anyone could point me to a (preferably free) tenancy agreement for HMO rooms. I have one all ready but at 8 pages long it seems a bit excessive and I’m sure unnecessary complicated. Any help finding a simpler one would be greatly appreciated.

If you join the Residential Landlords Association, they have all these documents available, along with a helpline if you experience any landlord difficulties.

Tenancy agreements need to be kept up to date with fast-changing legislation, so it is worth making sure you are getting the correct version.

For just £79.95 joining the RLA is excellent value for money and is also tax deductible.

Find out more about the work of the RLA and how they support landlords:

    Vanessa,

Why don't you recommend the other 2 LL organisations? Especially since the both give better support than the RLA (not that there is anything wrong with the RLA, but I wondered why you gave incomplete advice)? Plus of course Landlord Law, which I would guess gives the best support of all because of it's organisational nature, but I can't say that because I've never subscribed.
