    Future HP growth

    Dear Tribers

    Like many landlords I wonder what kind of HP growth can we expect in the U.K for the next 10 years? Can we expect a 50 percent increase or above?

    Without a new government scheme to help people pay more or a large increase in wages I can't really see prices going up much in 10 years... I am referring mainly to my area of south east London. I think we have reached peak affordability. Most chains around here get stuck because no one is buying the bottom rung properties that landlords used to. Most first time buyers are trying to start with a 2 bed flat or house. Not that I blame them with the high costs of moving
