Getting a buy to let prop on Rightmove

I have used Tenants4U to advertise properties in the past but they have been swallowed up by Purple Bricks who want to charge both landlord and tenant a fortune. Does anyone know of a more economical way to get properties on Rightmove and Zoopla ? I prefer the model in which the landlord pays as I believe that charging tenants discourages potential enquiries.

EasyProperty is also gaining a lot of market share.

    Hi Glenn,

As Vanessa says, that thread is a good way to get some impartial views on the different services out there. At OpenRent we pride ourselves on offering
fair and transparent pricing to both parties, with advertising services for £29, and £20 per applicant for referencing if required. You also get a free trial if you're new to us.

As usual I would also point you to what our customers are writing on independent review sites:

If you have any questions about what we can offer you please do get in touch with us on info@openrent.co.uk.

    Hi Adam

Just put our flat on your site, very easy to do and already on Zoopla, plus it was a free advert so very impressed so far. I'll let you know how we get on as we usually use Gumtree Smile

What website did they see your advert on? (Open Rent along with everyone else publishes to lots of different websites.)

What about movebubble who don't charge anything to LL and take free photos
They advertise on the major property portals
I remember paying LA £500 for a tenant source that turned out to be a wrongun!!
No loss or cost to that LA
    Same old stupid excuse
    Sorry mate they passed referencing!!
That is why I don't use LA apart from online ones.
Last time I used a High St LA was 5 years ago!
LA must surely have noticed the hit to their profits
