Glenn Armstrong Bankruptcy Case - outcome

To those of you following the Glenn Armstrong case, I have been informed that the bankruptcy petition held today was deferred yet again to next year. I am told that Glenn again used the divorce hearing to secure a more or less unanimous deferred hearing.

I am also told that he supposedly will have the funds by the next hearing however, the creditors are now all in communication with one another to ensure that if no substantial evidence provides the view of funds then bankruptcy will be pushed.

There was also supposedly press at the event who were not allowed in, I am told that the press in question are in touch with the MOJ to fight their obstruction.

The information here is what has been passed to me and can also be obtained by the transcript of the Milton Keynes County Court from today's case. (Publicly available information)

    Where is the justice

All of those poor (and maybe quite literally) people that now have to wait until next year to be any closer to having some kind of assurance that they are going to get their money back

they invested in an individual that has not delivered on a promise

am so sorry for everyone and hope that Glenn feels some kind of remorse for what he has done

i am sure if he put some king of apology out in the public domain then people may actually believe in him and feel sorry for the guy

But to ignore people the way that he has/is really is not fair!

Makes it worse when he posts on his Facebook in his big house and flashy cars, did he mention that at the hearing.

Where are you Glenn? Where is everyone’s apology??

Hi, thanks for the update. This is not great. Would it be possible to get added to the communication list between creditors?

Seems like someone who knows Glenn well enough to know how many watches he's got has paid him a little visit (or got someone else to pop in). I wonder who it could be?

    From The Sun:

A Dad has told of the horrifying moment a gang of masked burglars held a 24-inch machete to the throat of his eight-week-old baby as they raided his £3million mansion.

The violent thugs, also armed with a crowbar, stormed property tycoon Glenn Armstrong's luxury home and threatened the infant as they looted family valuables.

The article states "" Glenn Armstrong, 59, with partner Charlotte Laudat, 31, and their eight-week-old son standing in front of their Milton Keynes mansion, which was raided by viscous thugs   """

    Thick and oleaginous then!

Wonder what the Sun paid him for this pufferry...

I have to say, I love how in he is giving it the "something bad happened and I'm not happy" as he stares into the camera... whilst his Mrs thinks she's going on the cover of Vogue and is full of smiles!  lol

My favourite part of the article:

"Ms Laudat was given a suspended 18 month prison sentence in May this year when a court heard the fashion designer slashed her then-husband eight times in a fit of rage, after finding naked pictures of a woman on Simon Laudat's phone.

He broke both ankles leaping from a window to escape and appeared in a wheelchair in court, but she had met multi-millionaire Mr Armstrong by the time she appeared in the dock."

    Definitely a keeper!

The story is frightening, poor little soul.  No one deserves that to happen in their own home.

Just my opinion, Karma has never failed to amuse me.
