    Glenn Armstrong raising money with bankruptcy pending

    Good to see Glenn is still trying to raise cash prior to his bankruptcy with an email blasted out today.    

    I believe he can satisfy the petition and avoid being made bankrupt but I am not a legal expert on that.

    if he actually does raise cash this week regardless of source, and has that cash available to satisfy the petition,  and does not do so,  the Judge will not be impressed.

    What is the rules and theory on registering second charges On properties ?

    I would expect people owed money to have done this already?

    Is this allowed. I wonder what properties the security is on. As I have emails saying that he cannot borrow against anymore, or was that an excuse.

    Is there anyone that can advice if borrowing to repay knowing you cannot repay further borrowing is even legal

    A lot of noise in the company circuit at the moment, people not sure if they will be paid if the accounts are closed down.

    Milton Keynes County Court confirmed to a friend of a friend, who is a creditor, that the bankruptcy hearing last week was adjourned to 22nd October. Don't know the reason why.

    Business as usual for Glenn though as another email blast is sent out asking to borrow around a total £650,000 for himself and his clients......

    My source tells me that it was delayed due to Glenn's never ending 'divorce hearing' still not being settled.

    A BBC reporter was apparently at the last court hearing as well so it sounds like someone has tipped them off on how Glenn conducts business.

    Hopefully the debtors settle it all in court, if not then I'm sure there will be quite the story on how Mr. Armstrong has managed to get investors money without ever intending to pay it back.
