    Hello to all Proprerty Tribes

Just joined this site and I feel that I'm in the right place finally Smile
I'm a complete newbie, have no property yet but I work on his. I got some basic knowledge in this area but have no practical experience, so I would be honored to be able to learn from and work with the experienced investors. Smile
I also, started a company to manufacture eco-thermal bricks/blocks from sawdust and cement. This is a sustainable building material. So far, 3000 houses were build from those blocks. Eco houses with zero carbon emission can be built successfully from it.
By the way, I'm an Network Engineer, graduated in IT & Computing last year Smile

    Tomasz,
    Welcome to the Tribe.
A suggestion: You said you are a complete newbie. That means you bring a fresh pair of eyes to the site. You can post questions as and when you want to dig into a particular topic. Those who can address the questions will comment and share their perspective. It will benefit you and anyone else who might have a similar question.

    John Corey

Also happy to chat on the phone. Pay It Forward; my way of giving back through sharing. Click on the link: PropertyFortress.com/Ask-John to book a time. I will call you at the time you selected. Nothing to buy. Just be prepared with your questions so we can use the 20 minutes wisely.

    Hi John,
    Thank you,
I work on the possible deal. I have no capital to purchase and looking for investor or JV. This is a house that can be repossed within 3-4 weeks and require major rehab, I think that numbers work well, both for buy-to-sale and buy-to-rent. Which discussion forum would be the best for this?

    Hi Tomasz and welcome.
Possibly post about the JV in the finance forum, but if unsure I just post in the Property-aholics (general) section. That might be best.

    Tomasz,
    Welcome.
    Which area are you in?
How did you get into manufacturing eco-thermal bricks?
    Enjoy the tribe.

I'm in the Lewisham but I plan for the plant in Cumbria (close to shavings supply and low cost)
These blocks is an idea I had for more then 12 years but I think now is a good time to introduce them to the British market Smile
This is something I'm working hard to begin. Some financial difficulties hold me back but I'm looking for financing and partner. I intend initially supply them to developer and late build myself zero-carbon houses. There demand for such is growing and this material can offset a lot of build cost.
Also, what I will be doing is import and build of acoustic baffles/screens for high speed roads. Those have very high acoustic performance and they are also made of sawdust and cement.
If you would like some more details please, drop me an email to tpk@pol-house.com
