    Inspired Assets goes into administration

    Thanks Nick

So what was in it for MS to part with (what he’s states) as £100k for 25%

Could you explain why some threads/companies are upfor for more scrutiny, exaggerated by you, Vanessa and what appears to be the same accounts?

The threads which seem to have tribal behaviour from you and Vanessa, and the same accounts all have 1 thing in common

None of them advertise on your site

You will have to ask MS why he invested and the return he wanted. What he told me was that he liked what PT stood for.

With ref to the threads/companies that have scrutiny: You will have to ask the people that started them not me - more importantly you exaggerate the use of the term exaggerate.

Tribal behaviour is relative to the viewer, you will see it how you wish to see it and translate it as such. Over to you.

    I see it differently.

One thing that we have on this thread that is common is the lack of evidence when making accusations!!!

You say that no advertisers get challenged/scrutinised:

    Here's three  -

    https://www.propertytribes.com/showthread...lid=392787

    https://www.propertytribes.com/showthread...lid=369312

    https://www.propertytribes.com/service-f...24372.html

It seems you missed them with your DD work on this thread/topic. I assume you did some?

So what we have here is exaggerated commentary from you that lacks evidence or any form of substantiation and what we have from me is answers that prove that no one can buy immunity.

    Thanks Nick

Again quite an aggressive response from what is a fair question.

Thanks for some examples, but again they don’t reflect the behaviour or scrutiny seen on some threads from you or Vanessa?

This type of scrutiny is only seen on threads for people/companies which clearly do not advertise with PT.

Going back to MS. We have seen many times you, Vanessa and the same accounts attempt to discredit companies/people. Their is an apparent similarity to these comments,  with no facts or evidence presented? These companies become the target for what appears to be tribal behaviour.

You have a platform, where by people seek information before making a decision within property.

They have not be able to do with with MS.
Even though you engaged with him, and he became a share holder

Many people stand to lose a great deal of money. To a party linked to you and your company.

I think your responses to those people in this thread, reading this will come to understand businesses associated with PT have done nothing more than pay for the privilege

    Buyer be warned!

    Thanks for that Matt.

Aggression, hhmm I think it is clear who the aggressor is.

The examples are a snap shot, but they back up the point. For clarity that point is that no one is immune from DD work which you have allowed to be stated. Thank you.

As stated before I have all the evidence that I need to allow the commentary that you refer to - and as evidenced above I think it's very clear those that have it - or not - as the case maybe.

If there is no commentary on PT about MS for people to do DD work on then shame on you for not putting any there - unless of course like all of us you weren't aware there was a problem!?

PT is not linked to people losing money to MS like you are not linked to them losing money - I assume you are not linked.

It is utter rot that people are protected from PT by being linked to PT. It is abundantly clear and evidenced that this is not the case.

But you will see what you want and subvert as you will. But I thank you for allowing me to be clear.

To attempt to try and gage what your are trying to say in your flurry of words

It isn’t I, whom owns a property forum called Property Tribes.
It isn’t I, who allows scrutiny against people and companies without facts or evidence
And I wasn’t I who sold 25% of that business,

You have to take responsibly, that you sold part of your company to MS, which in turn may have given him the ability to attract more investors.
Investors which are now losing money!

To not even accept this is rather poor imho

Surely learnings can be taken from this?

I would still very much like to see what the terms of your deal with MS are? If he didn’t buy your silence what did he actually buy?

If you have nothing to hide, why not share those details

You don't need a flurry of words, it's OK.

I'm not sure how many times I have to say this, but I'll try again:

Any contentious thread that is started on PT has been evidenced. I'll say that again - Any contentious thread that is started on PT has been evidenced.

Please don't make me have to say it again.

PT is a platform that allows conversation that is substantiated.

Selling large scale investments does not hang on being associated with a forum, it hangs on financial modelling.

Learning has already happened from this thread.

There are those with evidence and there are those without.

But again thank you for allowing me to bring clarity.

Nick has quite clearly (for all observers) answered your very insinuating questions Matt.

You seem like one of those biased journalists (on no particular channel) that is trying to push for an answer that is quite obviously not there.

Property Week are reporting that an insider has informed them that the administrators believe that they may be able to save Inspired by trading through the difficulties and restructuring the company.

I imagine it could take a long time to get the company back on track, but at least there is hope that it may be saved.

I am subscribed to Property Week and numerous other publications (including Property Investor News and YPN magazine), various forums, and facebook groups, and to the best of my recollection, none of them ever mentioned or gave any hint of any problems developing at Inspired.
