    Invoicing system? Any experience?

    Bit of a different query

    Has anyone used an invoicing system such as invoice2go or QuickBooks?

    I create a number of invoices to commercial tenants which are the same each month & therefore looking to systemise?

    Any experiences would be appreciated before I sign up? I'm leaning towards QuickBooks?

    Microsoft Excel. I use it for my accounts and to produce weekly statements for 150 tenants.

    It helps if you know how to script in VBA.

    You can have a button, which when pressed, will produce the invoice(s) in pdf format.

    One sheet will hold the details for all customers, i.e. one row per customer or invoice.

    A 2nd sheet will be formatted they way you want the invoice to look.

    The button will have a script behind it that loops through each row on sheet 1, populates the 2nd sheet and prints to pdf file or direct to the printer, which ever you prefer.
