A blog and information source for buy to let landlords
I started in September 2016 with Pendo but by the end of the year I had moved on to TenantCloud. It's really easy to use and has most features I think I need.
I currently only have 1 BTL but will be buying the next one in a couple of months so I wonder how TenantCloud will do as my portfolio slowly increases.
Oh, best thing about it, it is free!
Has anyone else used TenantCloud? If so what were your thoughts. Did you find any better options?
I have since used Arthur for a full month followed by Landlord Vison. I'm sticking with Landlord Vison, it has everything I need.
Landlords property manager I think you can get a free version from the NLA
I find it very good and have used it over 10 years now

If TenantCloud don't charge anybody, how do they fund the software?
From their website:
"We get paid by service providers - like insurance companies, plumbing companies, screening companies, A/C and heating, moving companies..... oh you get the idea. TenantCloud is free, but if you decided to use any of the service providers products then you can buy in TenantCloud, which only makes life even more convenient."
"Even if you don't buy anything from our service providers TenantCloud is total free (up to 75 units). This includes unlimited tenants and service professionals for those busy people like yourself."
For the features I currently use, it has all been free and their customer service has been really good so far. I hear back from them usually within a day or two

The NLA SOftware is free for 6 Months & then £30 pcm
The National Landlords Association (NLA) has launched its newest service, Landlord Vision, which uses cloud-based software to help landlords manage almost every aspect of their tenancies.
The service aims to help landlords by putting all tenancy management activities in one place through a cloud-based solution, thus eliminating the need to rely upon spreadsheets and disparate pieces of documentation.
